How do I sign up?
Sign up for our review course by completing your purchase in our store. We accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout. You may view the review courses we have available for purchase at our online store, which you can visit at http://store.clinicalreview.com.
Once you complete your purchase via Google, you must create an account on our website and confirm your e-mail address. Visit http://welcome.clinicalreview.com to get started with this process. Once you create an account and confirm your e-mail address, your account will be manually activated after we review your purchase. This process may take 24-48 hours.
How do I activate my account?
1) Please point your Internet browser to http://welcome.clinicalreview.com. Choose the option that best corresponds to your purchase.
2) Click on New Account and choose your username and password, enter your full name, e-mail address, and location. Ensure that your e-mail program will receive e-mails from clinicalreview.com and validate your registration via the confirmation e-mail you will receive.
3) Please wait 1-2 business days while your account is verified. You will be enrolled in the Review Course during this period. If you experience any difficulties after this time, please contact us for assistance using the form above.
When will my account be activated?
Once you make your purchase and create and verify your website account, your account will be enabled for access to the Review Course within 1-2 business days. It is important that you ensure that your e-mail service is set up to properly receive mail from clinicalreview.com. Please ensure we are on your safe e-mail list.
If your account has not been activated within this period, please e-mail us and include a copy of your receipt from Google.
How long is my account valid?
All accounts are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Extended subscription packages are available at significantly reduced rates. Institutional subscriptions are also available with free extensions in certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.
Can I share my account with others?
When you purchase a subscription through Google or as part of your institution, only the purchaser can access the account. Please do not share your account information with others, and take all necessary precautions to protect your password. Our system monitors all accounts and logging in with multiple computers, using the account at the same time as another computer is logged in, or excessive usage may result in revocation of your privileges. If you violate our Terms and Conditions, your account may be canceled without notice or refund.
When will I receive my textbook?
Textbook orders are placed with our publisher within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Most textbooks are shipped within 3-5 business days by United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) or United Parcel Service (Ground). In certain circumstances, we may send your book by USPS Media Mail. Textbooks may take up to 10 business days to arrive, but most customers will receive their books within 5 business days.
Why am I not getting any e-mails from you?
It is possible that you entered your e-mail address incorrectly, or that your e-mail program is treating our e-mail improperly. First, please double check to ensure you have correctly entered your e-mail address with Google and when you created the account on our website. If you received a confirmation e-mail from us to verify your account, then you have successfully completed this first part.
The next thing to check is to ensure that your e-mail program is treating our e-mail as legitimate e-mail. How this is done depends on your particular e-mail service or program. You will always receive the latest edition available. This is the same book that is sold through Amazon.com. Please note that you will receive online access to all of our textbooks with your purchase of the Comprehensive Review Course.
If you purchased the Online Review Course, you will not receive a published copy of the textbook. However, you may purchase a copy at your local bookstore, through Amazon.com, or from our store. All of our textbooks are professionally published by industry leaders and are the same as high-quality textbooks you would find in your local medical bookstore.
We occasionally offer other combined programs available for purchase. Please read their descriptions carefully as this will indicate which published textbooks will be shipped to you. If you ever have any questions, please contact us for clarification prior to your purchase.

Can I go through the questions more than once?
You may go through our practice questions as many times as you desire. Each of the practice quizzes can be repeated as many times as you wish. However, the practice examinations can be taken only once and are intended to be used to compare your performance to that of students and physicians around the world.
Please note that we monitor all accounts for abuse. Only the purchaser is permitted to access their account, and accounts cannot be shared between individuals.
How do I download the audio lectures?

Do you separate material for the junior and senior ABSITE?
Questions and review material for the junior and senior ABSITE exams are separated into different courses. With your paid subscription, you have access to both courses, and we encourage residents to review questions in both sections. Those preparing for the junior ABSITE should pay particular attention to the basic science material offered in our review course. Senior ABSITE material is covered in the more clinically-oriented sections.
What is included with the Comprehensive Review Course?
The Comprehensive Review Course is a multidisciplinary review course that seeks to improve the fund of knowledge for residents while giving them an opportunity to practice what they have learned through reinforcement and repetition. The course consists of a full-length review textbook that goes through major surgery concepts while following the content outline of the American Board of Surgery. A number of additional textbooks are also available to augment your studying. Over a thousand practice questions are available, each with a detailed explanation. You may complete these questions as many times as you wish. Slide presentations go through important concepts in surgery, and a didactic series permits you to view audio/video presentations on your computer or iPod. All of this is done within a review course that keeps track of your performance and allows you to compare it to that of your peers. Find out more here.
The Comprehensive Review Course includes a printed copy of the Clinical Review of Surgery, ABSITE Edition, online access to all of our textbooks, the ability to print a copy of the High-Yield ABSITE Review, access to the entire slide presentation series, all didactic lectures, and the means to keep track of your scores and progress.
The Comprehensive Review Course also includes access to the weekly reading course in surgery. This course references major textbooks in surgery and reviews major topics on a weekly basis. A practice examination is given every week to test your knowledge based on the reading assignments.

What is the weekly reading course in surgery?
The weekly reading course in surgery was designed in conjunction with major surgery training programs around the country. Reading assignments are given in major reference books in surgery, including Cameron's and Sabiston's. A twelve question practice examination is given the same week based off the reading material.
The following week, residents are permitted to review explanations for the correct answers. The weekly reading course also includes summary readings directly from the Clinical Review of Surgery, ABSITE Edition, along with slide presentations, and audio/video lectures. The weekly reading course is a two year process that prepares residents for the ABSITE and surgery board examination.

It may take up to two weeks in extraordinary circumstances for you to receive the printed copy of the textbook. Most customers will receive their textbook within one week of placing their order. Return Policy
You may return unopened items purchased at Surgisphere Corporation within 3 days of the original delivery for store credit at our discretion. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent unless the shipment is a result of our error. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue you store credit within 10 days of receiving the returned item. You are eligible for a refund of your online subscription only if it is requested within 3 days of purchase and if you have not created an account on our website. A 10% early termination fee will be assessed for all online subscription refunds and store credit will be issued; shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
